App display name: AMRAN COFFEE • Legal company name: AMRAN COFFEE LLC
This policy explains how AMRAN COFFEE handles information within the Android application. The app is a local coffee-menu explorer with favourites, recently viewed items, a customizable request tray, an in-app customer form, and on-device request history. It does not require an account and does not contain a remote ordering backend.
The local request form requires:
Both fields are stored in the app's private SharedPreferences storage on the device. The app does not automatically transmit them.
The form optionally accepts:
Optional fields remain in private local storage and are not automatically transmitted.
The app stores selected menu items, quantities, selected sizes, milk choices, flavour choices, presentation prices, the estimated total, record creation time, and the non-card payment method "Pay at pickup."
The app may also store:
This information is stored using Android SharedPreferences in private app storage. Core catalogue photographs are bundled with the app and do not require remote image loading.
Saving request details means only that the app received and stored those details locally on the device. The app does not send the information to AMRAN COFFEE LLC, an external server, or another party.
A local record is not an accepted or confirmed order, payment, reservation, pickup time, preparation status, delivery, or fulfilment record. The business has not received, accepted, confirmed, prepared, dispatched, or fulfilled a request merely because it was saved in the app.
Android device backup and restore behaviour may vary. The project excludes the app's SharedPreferences file from its configured backup and data-extraction rules.
The separate Contact Us screen can open an external email application for support and an external browser for the supplied site. The app does not automatically place request-form data into those external applications.
External applications and sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Opening an external application does not mean that a message was sent or that the business received a request.
The app does not automatically collect device identifiers, precise location, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, photos, recordings, passwords, government identifiers, or payment credentials.
The app declares no dangerous Android permissions. It does not request location, camera, microphone, media, contacts, phone, SMS, or notification permission.
The app does not use:
The app does not sell or automatically share locally stored information. Android private app storage limits ordinary access by other applications, but no storage method can guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in the optional notes field.
The app is not designed to collect children's personal information. A parent or guardian can remove local information by deleting saved records, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
External email applications, browsers, and destination sites are controlled by third parties and are governed by their own privacy practices.
This policy may be updated when the app's implemented behaviour changes. The effective date will be revised when a substantive change is made.
Users control whether to enter optional fields, save a local request, delete local history, remove favourites, open external contact actions, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
